How to get more time back in your day
One of the best ways to get more time back in your day is to know and use a few quick and easy recipes. I have realized on my joy journey that it's OK to make quick and easy pantry meals. I used to think, to be the "Perfect" mother and wife I must make everything from scratch all the time or it was 'cheating'. I now know:
(1) There's no such thing as a "Perfect" mother and wife
(2) My family's love is not based on what I do for them or how Brene' Brown describes it in her book, The Gifts of Imperfection, “When we spend a lifetime trying to distance ourselves from the parts of our lives that don’t fit with who we think we’re supposed to be, we stand outside of our story and hustle for our worthiness by constantly performing, perfecting, pleasing, and proving."
(3) I must find ways to create more space for my dreams (like making quick meals)
